2 Purpose of the data processing |
(a) QUiCKFairs srl is the organizer of business-to-business exhibitions. Only persons with a valid and provable professional interest in the content of the show are entitled to access the show. QUiCKFairs processes only the bare minimum of data and personal data that is necessary for the realization of an exhibition and their following editions |

(b) The collection and processing of data is lawful according to the Art. 6 GDPR and necessary for the realization of the exhibition, in particular to produce and print the entry badge, and, connected with this, to manage the entrances of the show to guarantee, among other, the safety of the participants. |

(c) The data are also used to inform, via e-mail, traditional letters, short message systems etc., visitors of precedent editions of the same show about later editions and to configure the registration process to the later editions as smart, fast and easy as possible. |

(d) The data are also used to inform the visitors who had registered to previous editions of the same show about future editions of the same exhibition and to configure the registration process of the visitor to following editions as easy, fast and comfortable possible. |

3 Description of the categories of personal data |
(a) The list of the personal data that are collected and processed is at the bottom of the page. |

(b) The data that are submitted in the course of the visitor registration are verified by qualified and trained QUiCKFairs staff to ensure that the persons who register to the exhibition have a valid professional interest in the theme of the show in question. |

(a) For the time being, the personal data are not transmitted to third parties. |

(b) In the future, the data could be transmitted to companies or persons specialized in the service of data base management for the sole purpose of the integrity and cleaning of the database. |
