If you need a visa to enter Germany for your visit to Coiltech, we will happily support you with your visa application process.
If you are unsure whether or not you need a visa to come to Germany, you can consult the information published by the German Federal Foreign Office.

For us to be able to help you:
- pre-register for the exhibition and create your personal MyQUiCKFairs account.
- fill out the form "Application VISA" with the details needed for the invitation letter.
The invitation letter will be issued, and we will send it to you by courier.
We ask for your comprehension that this service is subject to an administration fee to cover our expenses for data-check, the elaboration of the document and the shipping cost:
- 40€ for the first person
- 10€ for each additional person plus
- a lump sum of 30€ for courier (e.g. DHL) expenses.
To be paid by credit card at the time of the request for the invitation letter.
Please note that we will not issue an invitation letter if we have doubts about the integrity of the information. In this case, we will reimburse the paid fee to the credit card that had been used.
