QUiCKFairs organizes a shuttle service between the airports and the venue as well as the partner hotels, grouping the requested trips to reduce the cost for every passenger.  The service is exclusively available for Coiltech participants.


Frequency
On Tuesday 19th, Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st September: every half hour    

Requirements for use
(1) Pre-registration or registration as exhibition staff
(2) Submission of flight details via a designated form designated form, available from July.

Costs
The service is free of charge for all visitors and exhibition staff who have pre-registered before September 16, 2023, and submitted their flight details via a designated form.

If you complete the pre-registration process between September 17 and 18, you will need to contribute €30 towards the costs of using the shuttle service.

If you don't submit your flight data in advance and want to use the shuttle service on-site, you won't be guaranteed a spot and will be charged €100.
