Hotels at fixed rates
We do not want Coiltech visitors and exhibitors to pay a surplus just to attend the show. For this reason, we made agreements with some hotels that offer fixed rates through our system.
By booking your hotel in the MyQUiCKFairs account you can benefit from reduced rates.
The offer is exclusively reserved to exhibitors and visitors who pre-registered to Coiltech.
The offer is exclusively available through your MyQUiCKFairs® personal account under the following conditions:
- payment is made with credit card upon booking;
- changes to the reservation can?be carried out exclusively through your MyQUiCKFairs®
- the transfer of a reservation to a different person can be made without any extra cost by modifying the name of the guest in MyQUiCKFairs®
- the cancellation of a reservation and the request for reimbursement has to be carried out through MyQUiCKFairs®. The refund will be credited to the credit card taking into account the cancellation fee of 30 €. Without previous cancellation, the entire amount will be charged.
The booking is confirmed at the time of payment by issuing a voucher which is sent via e-mail and can be downloaded from your MyQUiCKFairs;
The invoice will be issued by the hotel and handed out to the guest at the end of the stay
