If you need a visa to enter Italy, for your visit to Coiltech, we will happily support you with your visa application process.   If you are not sure whether or not you need a visa to come to Italy, you can consult the information published by the European Union and the information provided by the Italian Office of Foreign Affairs.

For us to be able to help you, please pre-register for the exhibition and create your personal MyQUiCKFairs account. We ask for your comprehension that this service is subject to an administration fee to cover our expenses for data-check, the elaboration of the document and the shipping cost:

• 40€ for the first person
• 10€ for each additional person plus
• a lump sum of 30€ for courier (e.g. DHL) expenses.

To be paid by credit card at the time of the request for the invitation letter.
Please note that we will not issue an invitation letter if we have doubts about the integrity of the information. In this case, we will reimburse the paid fee to the credit card that had been used.
