The Electric Motor Talks and High Voltage Talks (click here for more info on the session Spring/Summer 2021 of the HVT) are a joint initiative of the University of L'Aquila and Coiltech to promote the exchange of expertise between specialists in Coil Winding and related fields.
The success of the first series in Spring/Summer 2021 (8 sessions with 853 mostly highly qualified technicians from 83 nations - see also the Final Report brochure) encourages us to continue this series. Currently, two Talks each are planned between the two editions of Coiltech Deutschland in spring and Coiltech Italia in late summer.
The aim: to offer the Coil Winding Community frequent and streamlined opportunities to interact and share research results.
Participation is open to all professionals in the field. This is a Coiltech service for the industry, participation is free.

Electric Motors Talks
Concise and crisp
The shorter the session and the clearer the content of an online event, the greater the benefit for participants. This is the result of our many conversations with visitors and exhibitors and also of our survey "Experiences with online events in 2020".
Therefore, here the format:
Participant registration
We use the Zoom platform to realise the webinars.
Presentations and Networking
We realise the webinar series on the Zoom platform. Before and after the individual sessions, participants can contact each other directly via the chat function.
We have also set up the group "Electric Motors Talks" on LinkedIn, which is open exclusively to participants. In this group, we also publish the contact details of the speakers and access to the video recording of the individual events.
All interested parties receive the link to join the group by email after they have registered for an event.
Call for presentation
The webinars are open to all peers of the Coil Winding.
Anyone with a technically valid presentation can apply for a session. Electric Motors Talks do not require any fee of participation.
Should we receive more than 3 proposals per session, the steering committee will select based on technical relevance. If appropriate, we will schedule a second later session for presentations that cannot be accommodated on the scheduled date, in agreement with the related speakers.
All webinars will be held in English.
To apply, please send an email to wmconference@quickfairs.net with the following information:

The contributions in this session look beyond the development, manufacture and maintenance of electric motors, generators and transformers. After all, many visitors to Coiltech are also interested in the neighbouring fields, especially against the background of the conversion towards e-mobility. And the materials, techniques and machines of many Coiltech exhibitors can also be used to produce chargers and batteries.
